KJ Works Glock 32c Review
Alright, so I've gotten a Glock 32c from KJW and decided to do a little review on it. Lets get started.
Exterior So the exterior on this gun is fairly decent. It has a sturdy metal slide and metal outer barrel. It has a very sturdy ABS polymer plastic body that has little to no flex at all. The trigger is plastic, and, for some reason does not have the trigger safety, I think KJW discontinued it. The slide does not have any trades, but I think they used to, before Glock claimed copyrights or something. The slide and barrel are also ported, which in the real gun would reduce recoil, does nothing but add looks on the airsoft model. The safety is hidden as the serial number plate under the barrel of the gun and locks the trigger when pushed forwards. The sights work really well and have the white half-box shape on the rear sight, and a dot on the front. The gun also has a very nice weight to it and feels like the real deal. Interior The interior of the gun feels quite sturdy and looks like it will hold up well. To disassemble the gun, you remove the magazine, rack the slide, and pull down the two take-down levers on the side of the gun. The slide comes off easily and reveals the hop up dial, chamber, and guide rod. The guide rod comes off easily and allows you to take out the outer, and inner, barrel. This makes cleaning and care very easy. Performance When I took it out for a shooting test, I was expecting a not so accurate turnout due to a little outer barrel wobble, but I was surprised to find a neat little grouping near the center from 20 feet away with green gas. The gun also kicks great! With every shot you hear a great metal on metal sound and quite a lot of recoil. This guns gas efficiency is its downfall though. It gets about one and a half to two full magazines to a refill. This is due to the metal slide though and I'm sure that if you got the plastic slide version you would achieve a better gas efficiency. I just couldn't resist the metal slide. Total All in all I would give this gun a: 4/5 in looks, build, and performance. I would definitely bring this gun into battle with me. Oh, and for a bonus, when It arrived, instead of getting the canada clear lower receiver I got a full black one. The picture above is not a picture of my airsoft gun, it is simply a picture found online for reference. Last edited by S7EVIN; May 17th, 2011 at 23:30.. |
