One of the fellows on Arnies with a Tanaka reckons it looks the same as his based on the field stripped photos.

it seems like the WE's browning is mainly based on the chinese version of browning 1935.

Not sure what really defines if a product is a clone of another, but I notice that the WE defers from the Tanaka since it's operating on green/top gas while the Tanaka one is supposed to be operating on HFC134A. Maybe WE just don't care what kind of gaz you put in their gbbs.
