I use the m90 spring in my VFC and it shoots 320 which is perfect for everything. Never have to worry about shooting over.

I'd recommend ARES but if something breaks your SOL
FYI Ares guns are simple to change springs but replacment internals are impossible to get ahold of, and stock internals are not the best. |

If you're mechanically inclined, just stop by www.mechbox.com first and see how they work. You should have no trouble doing in yourself.
