Personally, I like what I see, but not enough to make me buy this over an established AEG brand.

I just want more M4s.
I can't understand why in airsoft they're manufacturing anything other than M4s. I mean, who wants a gun that is not an M4 ?

I'll pipe in as the guy who's usually complaining about M4s. Seriously, I had one once, and I didn't like it at all. I don't understand the appeal.

By that logic, I should start listening to hip hop.

I rather like them. To each their own. But I agree unless you got something cool or different (I.E realsword) you really shouldn't release one. And this spring feature combined with the fact it just be a upgrade it like hell (like their GBBRs) platform makes me iffy about buying one.

The M4/M16 platform provides a effective mix of ergonomics, lightness and simplicity in operation..
it is simply a well designed and effective weapon nothing has come along in 40 years to warrant replacing it... which speaks volumes. Every company that present a contender to replace it.. ends up in effect cloning it.. if I was an airsoft manufacturer thinking about what model to produce first.. an M4 is a no brainer.. Sure there may be other guns that are more interesting.. but nothing has a wider appeal ( and Market) than a solid M4 platform

WE very effectively balanced product quality and price. Take for example their gbbr line. In HK they cost half as much as WOC's and require about $100 of parts to make them bomb proof. That is a great value, I imagive WE doing exatly the same thing with their aeg line, in fact I hope they do. Also realize that the stresses from a gearbox are not the same as a gas system.
