Tactical tailor smoke grenade pouch. Good retention with the buckle and not so tight that you can't pull the nade out.

I found the best pouch for an AI grenade is a covered M4 Mag pouch. Holds good and the cover protects the pin (I leave mine in until I throw).

I like to use a m4 double pouch with the Velcro cover tucked into the pouch. I use home made pins which have a key ring on it that I clip onto a carabiner on the vest.

Use a smoke grenade pouch. Don't get the actual tornado pouch as they only have one molle strip on the back and like to go exploring. I lost my tornado for most of a game that way.

Also they fit nicely in a helium whisper smoke grenade pouch, or taco pouch.
