TM AK Front Sight Set Screw - FOUND

For those of you who own TM/Cyma AKs with a wobbly front sight, I'm posting the model/size of screws that the TM/Cyma AKs use for attaching the front sight to the barrel and the front end to the receiver.

The screw information is as follows:

Machine Screw M3x8 Flat SOC Cap

These screws will work 'as is' for attaching the front end to the receiver (4 screws on underside of receiver by hopup unit). On my AK, I had to trim the length down by 1/8" to secure the front sight without digging into the inner barrel. (Used HD wire snips and cleaned up with metal sand paper)

My local Brafasco store had them on hand and I was able to pick them up immediately - dirt cheap and friendly service.
