Revision goggles + Goggle clips
Does anyone have a quick tutorial on what should be done to get a pair of revision goggles to work with the goggle swivel clips you mount on arc rails?
Clips: http://www.ops-core.com/Goggle_Swive...or_1_P24C6.cfm I dont want to go cutting apart the strap and ruin the goggles somehow.

You could always pick up some Revision PDQ Straps and just keep the ones they came with in case you want to use them without the helmet.

the clips pop off at side of the goggles, i assume that's why he told you to buy the new strap so you could just pop the new one back in

Other options would be to find someone selling a pair of used ones for cheap (scratched lens' etc.) and take the strap off them, or even contact Revision and see if you are able to simply buy a new strap off them. Their customer service is pretty good from my experience.

The swivel clips come with instructions that tell you to cut and resew the strap to the clips... I just industrial stapled my ESS NVGs to them and it worked fine... I now have cut Boogie Regulators just tied on and they work fine.
EDIT: I'm not 100% happy with the swivels... the base plate pulls away from the arc rails too easily (like when removing the strap adapter). They should have made this from spring steel (like on the battery retention caps for Insight flashlights.) They will, however, do fine... until I get the boogie velcro adapters.
