RATech GBBR Barrels in VSR10?

Hey there.

Fixing up a buddies gun here and i'm curious whether a WE GBBR 'open bolt' barrel will work for a VSR-10 style hopup system. From what I understand they're similar.

The gun in question is a Tanaka K98 with a CnC hopup unit thats made to take VSR barrels.

Thanks

Why not? The cut is the same... and VSR hop-up system grabs the rubber only, not the barrel (other that around the outer diameter)

But why? With so many better VSR barrel options than OB.

More or less a matter of receiving one by next week, opposed to ordering over the boarder and not seeing it for a while. I need one before the 10th. and AirsoftParts is great for shipping quick.

Thanks guys!
