ok so I ordered to LA police gear, here's my review so far:
-they are fast -items supposed to be in stock weren't (could be a twist of fate) -they ship fast -they fucked up the adress, so after a million years in the mail, my pants are somewhere in Canada but CP cannot tell me where. funny twist: USPS tracking can tell me they have cleared customs and are somewhere in some CP bureau; CP has no clue. I'll update after the mandatory lengthy call to the main CP office to get some info. also for those looking for cool Cargos, Ralph Lauren makes decent ones, not too faggy, not too expensive.

Vertx pants. I now own 4 of them and 2 sets of shorts. Built like good bdu pants but very very low profile.

I've got 5.11 pants. They're pretty comfortable and they got two front pockets that fit M4 mags. Crye Precision pants look nice but too expensive.

I just picked up a pair of Kuhl Slackr's, LOVE THEM. Most comfortable pair of pants ever. Their khaki is somewhere in between coyote tan and olive drab. The pants move with you, but are not baggy like 99% of tac pants. I swear I could do ninja backflips with these pants, that's how perfect they move with you. Gusseted in all the right areas. They also don't scream tactical, which is a plus in my books.
Also might want to check out the Kuhl Renegade's. www.kuhl.com Tru-spec 24x7's get the job done too, cheap for tac pants. Lots of pockets. Internal mag pockets.

I've been wearing Propper tactical pants to the office for several years. The Teflon coating is really handy when you spill coffee on yourself! They are comfortable and affordable; two key criteria for most of my clothing purchases.

okay so I finally got my pants.
The adress error was a mistype in the post code.I found my own adress in 10 seconds on canada 411 with just the name written on the package. It took CP approx. 3 weeks. to the pants: quality is very good. However they have the same problem most BDU pants have: crotch zone is too low! that is probably due to the huge size of military balls that need extra room. they size a tad small to the waist so I will lose a few kilos for a perfect fit ( I'm that motivated ) due to some fuckup in the size selection I have two 38 waist / 36 inseam for sale, will post them in the classifieds with measurements and pics. Beware ! : If you order the wrong size with LA PG, you can't change the order! I got the right size because one of them was out of stock, so I was able to change for the right size afterwards. all in all I'm pretty happy with my new pants for playing airsoft and more.
