Leaving feedback is not mandatory. You can PM and ask that they do but if they don't that's their choice.

It happened to me many many many times. some guys simply dont have the time, or care to do it. its not the end of the world

I know its not the end of the world and all that. It just makes it harder to build a trader rating and a rep that's all.
