KA M4: Upgrades from stock form?

No.
Aftermarket spring guides are threaded internally and do not need a nut, KA are cheap plastic, and need a metal nut so the stock screw doesnt strip out

On my King Amrs M4, the buffer tube screw in the spring guide. There is a hole in the receiver without threading.
