G&G CM16 Raider-L GBB issues

Hi everyone,

First off, im an AEG guy and have little/no experience with GBBRs until now. But a buddy of mine impulse bought the gun in the thread title and gave it to me to resolve some issues (i am much more technically savvy/able than he) before he spends money having someone else working on it.

Since im new to these systems, im hoping you can shed some light on these two issues:
*info*
- using propane and 0.28g elite force ammo

1) every 4th or 5th BB is getting chopped before it leaves the barrel of the gun. The previous shots will be okay and reasonably precise (the occasional shot completely wanders off...), but the 4th or 5th shot consistently chops... hopup hasnt even been adjusted yet since there are no consistent behaviors to judge it on....

2) gun will shoot about 15 shots into a mag and then start to seem really sluggish in its action. Maybe about a mag or mag and a half (30-40) rounds in, the bolt will lock open and will just vent all of the gas. Is this a sign of low gas pressure (time to use a new bottle?) Or something else?

My first instinct is to just replace and upgrade the hop and inner barrel, but this gun seems to have a horrible aftermarket...

Notes*
- the mag definitely has some wobble in it. Saw a feeding issue on youtube for these guns and am going to try that (velcro strip on the back wall of the mag receiver to wedge it in a bit more).

- the bucking is visible when looking at the hopup from under the gun. I believe that same video said thats another problem for feeding issues, but the barrel and hopup on the v2 were made so the bucking cant be moved forward or backward...

- i noticed that the o ring on the cylinder isnt tight to the cylinder; perhaps could be getting pinched and rolling? (Going to replace as soon as i get the time to measure the ID of the outer receiver and the od of the cylinder...

I know its a novel, so thanks up front for reading and offering help; much appreciated

Are you shooting this inside, or outside? What temperature etc? Any gas gun is going to suffer in the cool or cold.

Ive fired in temps ranging from 60-70F.

I fill the gas and let it hang out in my apt, then Iopen up the door and fire outside. So realistically its between the 70f inside and 50-60f outside
