Let me just go ahead and correct you there: you sent a reply to my PM asking for your side of the story, with your side of the story. You sent a 2nd PM outlining how he was apparently re-selling the same gun, but making no mention of the problems with the mags (valid point), and when your name was posted on this thread, a 3rd PM asking me to "DO SOMETHING about this bastard."

There were some potential wrongdoings on behalf of both parties and an apparent lack of willingness to negotiate. The situation was certainly "resolved" but not enough evidence to establish a clear fault on party rather than the other. Staff can only do so much to mediate these situations.

While this was still ongoing, the additional sales threads went up which caught the staff's attention -- which leads to where we are now.

The trade dispute with the 1911 is not issue being addressed here.

As previously stated, everyone who got defrauded needs to contact the authorities and file a report. EMTs and/or PayPal transactions attached to that email address are linked to real world banking info: LET LAW ENFORCEMENT DO THEIR JOB AND TRACK DOWN WHOM THE REAL CULPRIT IS.

This fucking ASC lynch mob shit is really getting on my nerves. If you're going to level accusations at someone you better have evidence to back it up (and no, your Hardy Boys mystery solving skills don't count).

Unlocked. Post only if you have something important to add and are involved in this; useless arguing, speculation and comments will be met with infractions.

I have filed with RECOL.

Also, submarineman said Drew bought a gun from him on May18, the same day my payment was accepted. Whether this has anything to do with the issue I am not sure.

Hi guys, I am out of the loop of whats going on. Got my own problems right now.

I sold Drew an ICS 552 on the 18th May. No problems he paid EMT and bobs your uncle.

The only issue and Styrak brought to my attention is that he is not Av'ed. I was using the tapatalk program on my Iphone so I did not know he was not age verified.
My partner received payment and I had no issues after that.

Gun was shipped and the rest is history.

Bones was age verified by the staff of AAS before he left that club. I'm sure of it.

I'll post the same thing I did at ANB.

Don't even fucking START on my new gun. I had to save up for 6 months just to afford that thing. I had been hunting for the right gun for 3 weeks once I had enough money saved and got a bonus from work. And I was trying to get ahold of submarineman for days before he finally got back to me. I had to end up making this new ASC account so that I could PM him on here because he was more active here. And I couldn't use my Ddelz account because, you know, it was FUCKING STOLEN. Which is what I've been saying now a million times.

And my actual "Ddelz" account was Age Verified. Submarineman didn't sell a gun to someone underaged, don't drag him into this.

EDIT:

It was Bonesy. Submarineman can confirm this with you, but he said he's busy so I figured I'd post this now to get that out of the way.

Here's a pic of the quote pyramid between us in PMs:

looking through some old posts and found this one.

If any of the members who lost money to this guy care to know, In the end he was banned from ANB and went on to lose his job and girlfriend, a couple of years later he asked to rejoin the club after running into another member on the street and was flatly refused. To the best of my knowledge he's never played Airsoft since and isn't welcome at any of our events, although there's been some new "back yard" clubs starting up and I have no control over who they let play. I'm also glad to say this sort of thing has only ever happen with one other player in our club over the course of seven years, so we've been staying on top of it.

Rest assured, if you screw someone the Airsoft Gods will screw back.
