The carrier itself is not designed to carry anything, actually. Its for under clothing, ie dress shirts, polo-tshirts, jackets...etc. If it MUST carry a load, then yes, that HS rig would work

The perroz can run dapper pouches if you aren't into running the D3 or similar chest rig.

The carrier front flap must get 6 molle loop. I need molle loop all the way around, high on the chest and in the back (no jpc, check rig or vest) and I want a custom fit

I have a LPSPC, and so does my friend. We both have full MOLLE minus the front because, placard, duh. He runs a D3CR, I run the Perroz 5.56 placard.

It's an awesome plate carrier, super high speed.
