hey guys, acquired a new machine.
A special printer that adheres perfectly to all metal and plastic. It can do full photo 1440 dpi and even multiple layer raised. have a look here for some examples, unfortunately I dont have any airsoft to test on! www.pcEtch.com dave@pcEtch.com is my new email. in portfolio the PC case and the cell phone cases are done with the new printer. let me know if anyone wants to donate a 1911 slide or something, ill do the work for free for the first few if interested. |

Proud to show off this one!
New Yag laser can do depth, so no more expensive CNC charges! Accuracy, depth and blacken. To match those factory trades without having to strip/repaint the metal. http://imgur.com/a/SJMqK |

Mmmm came out a little thicker than the design, now I know to make designs maybe .5/.75pt thinner! Still looks good

Got my receiver engraved from Dave with his new laser engraver! Pretty good, but definitely not as deep as CNC. With the end product I'm ok with how it turned out, but the smaller text I would have liked it ran through maybe another pass or two. I know for next time and will request it to be deeper! In some angles, the engravings are amazing, but in others they are blurry, probably due to the black oxidization not being very thorough on some parts.
