It may look a bit like a CIRAS but its no CIRAS not even close. But you have to give him props for trying.

Well since one of the biggest things about the CIRAS is the "one cord pull, whole thing falls apart" feature, yeah, kinda doesn't qualify. Looks damn good though.

He gets points for effort, but as soon as he puts any weight on the vest the whole thing will fall apart. You just can't beat the real thing.
