Ya, ok, figured as much. I never really had much of a probelm the first dozen games or so with a stock MP5 in the woods, distance was fine and totally useable, just getting BBs through brush (even dead grass) was a challenge. Stock MP5 is basically the samer as any other stock TM AEG out there for performance, except a shorter barrel (once experience is gained, even long range and accuracy is easy with the stock barrel in a stock gun.) Points that old and misused saying "Upgrade the player, not the gun." There are guys out there that use stock guns effectively, largely good ammo weight choices and tactics. Lighter ammo, even though it gets there faster, will veer off sooner than heavier/slower ammo. A stock gun with 0.25g will outperform a stock gun using 0.20g, pretty much every time.
