Front ends across the border?

If i order a front end of an TM M4 RIS, not an actual rifle just the front end, will it make it across the border?

What parts exactly? Just the heat shields or the barrel and flash hider etc?

the inner, outer barrel assembly, delta ring set, ris foregrip, front ironsights, and flash hider.
