It is up to the retailers you purchase the products from to complete your order. Also, if you do not one to order stuff from within the application itself, you can click "Open in new window" and it will open whatever page the application is on in a new IE window.

As for no canadian stuff... I am more than willing to add canadian retailers to the application. I would just need you guys to tell me what retailers are the good ones. I can take it from there.
