eHobby gear question

I was looking around eHobby's store and I found this.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...OMOBOX:GENERIC

Is it the same as the one that is sold at ASCA?

I don't know too much about gear, but if it is the same, it seems to be a pretty good deal.

Same...but 160 USD, plus taxes, duty etc. Works out to be the same. Better off getting it in Canada. You can even check it out before you buy from ASCA or 1337tactical.

After taxes ASCA puts it over $300
1337 has it at $217... if I pick it up will there still be taxes? hmm

eHobby is $160USD or $183.176Canadian so after tax it would be about the same as 1337, if they don't charge tax.

It's the customs on ehobby..you may just pay tax on a small amount or nothing at all..but you may also get hit with a hefty tax/customer brokerage fee...it's all a gamble, but that's what makes it fun right? lol

like i said 204 is the shit. They have Weestach replicas that are next to the real thing, constructed out of codura. I just picked up the Fast attack plate carrier and couldnt be happier.

eHobby Taxes

Hey...I ordered a ciras vest a while back from eHobby.

It was assessed for taxes (The package spent a month at canadian customs) and all they charged me was GST+PST+$15 DUTIES +$5 Handling Fee or someting like that.

The vest I bought was originally $30 US + $40 US Shipping so it'll give you an idea as to how much I paid in total for it.

I have no clues as to how they assessed that $15 duty fee for it though. Maybe they had some wierd formula they used that takes about a month to implement.
