Agreed - that TT loadout looks pretty good. I like the side upgrade - I would have held onto my Plate Carrier if I had known about that. Pretty sharp.

Can someone of you, who owns a Phantom RAV tell me if the the colour of this vest is OD or like the paraclete original is smoke green?
I am planning to buy a Phantom CIRAS and because I love to have tons of pouches around I also want a RAV Pouch Kit from RedWolf. It would be very annoying to find out that the Colours don'T match. |

The Phantoms are fine for airsoft. If you are having trouble with the release, it's probably because it's been tied to tightly or incorrectly.
The main loop that goes through the eyelets on the cumberbuns and shoulder straps shouldn't be twisted. It should just be a loop. The string that's in there should be gently tied to one side of the release cable, then over the retaining loop, and around the release cable again. All it does is keep it in place. It doesn't need to be tied tightly as there isn't any stress on the cable when you are running the rig. For serious stuff I think I'll be going with a TAG. It's Milspec and is tailored to match BALCS soft armor standards and the medium can take Xtra large plates. I don't think the Eagle medium does. All the pouches on the Phantom I run now are milspec anyway (Patroit Performance Materials) so I will just swing them over.

Eagle doesn't make 'CIRAS' shoulder pads separately but they do make MCLS pads for the Plate carrier and
