Phantom Pouch Questions

Hey guys,

I am new to this site but not new to airsoft. But I had a few questions for those who own the Phantom products.

I am most likely going to be buying the Phantom CIRAS which comes with all the pouches I will need, but I have a few questions.

1. Can the Phantom M16 mag pouches fit M14 mags? The reason why I ask this is that I will be buying a TM SOCOM 14 and want to be able to fit a few extra mags I will have.

2. Are the Phantom Hydration Carriers worth the mulah? I have a Hydration bladder that i'd like to be able to use with the vest.

3. What about the dump pouch? Should I buy a Phantom one along with my order or get something different?

4. Im 6' at around 190 lbs... so I should get a medium right?

Thanks

-Blink

Yes they will fit M14 mags. They will be a bit snug at first but will loosen up.
As for your Hydration pack. If it has molle clips then yes its an easy attach. if
it has buckles you can use grimlocs or something to attach it. I have one and
im 240lbs and 6'4" and I could probably use a large but medium will be fine
for you

You can fit ONE M14 mag per pouch, but not two. Cordura just doesn't stretch that way.

HE HE I got G36 Mags in my pouches and they work just fine

Thanks guys you answered all the questions perfectly!

Do you know if I order this from 1337 Tactical on Ebay if I will have tax on the Phantom CIRAS? I know there is a $30 charge for shipping!

Thanks again!

I thought the CIRAS came with a Dumper?
as for tax, theyre might be import tax of some sort, But I have little knowledge of those things.

I just bought mine from 1337 and found that their price, if you buy on Ebay, to be the best I could find. I think the total bill including shipping to Calgary was $243. Seem to be a good company to deal with.

Nope, its seperate, though you can kinda use the big utility pouch as a dump... kinda. I wear my dump pouch on the pistol belt on my weak side and its not obtrusive. I would recommend it over trying to stuff empties back in double loaded M4 pouches while your laying prone in battle or utility pouches that slowly zip all the way down and really become dump pouches, heh.
