Garbage.
I'm with Styrak! Bullshit! What are you basing this on? I've had 5 (soon to be 6) KJW guns ALL survive past 8 months, and 4 of those five are over a year or two old and never had a SINGLE internal problem with any of them! KJW makes perfectly fine guns, IMO.

So matt, does that mean you had some external problems?

My KJ M9, runs fine. Im the second owner as well, this item is well over a year old. Previous owner took care of it, and I have as well. Many rounds have gone through the gun and I have never yet to have an issue. KJ for its price is a good deal, but in some cases you do get lemons, but as with any GBB good maintenance as well as care and attention is required.

well i guess here on the westcoast airsoft.. no one uses KJ, if they do. for collecting only. the guns are poorly made.

In your opinion.

And no, i haven't had any external problems either. I just emphasized the internal because people always trash talk KJ's internals. Like I've said before, only problem i've ever had with KJW was two leaking mags which took me about a minute to fix and cost about a dollar to fix. They're great in my opinion!

my KSC USP when i was stock was great had a mag issue (my fault droped it and crack the mag a bit nothing some RTV sealant couldn't fix). but went metal barrel and slide, upgraded recoil and hammer spring and going to install the KA recoil spring guide soon. and its a nail driver i love it to bits.

I have heard that the USP compact has a low stock fps. Any truth to that?

Wrong. Come out to Panther and check out players using KJ pistols. I used a KJ Beretta for atleast a year and never had any issues.

http://www.google.ca/advanced_search?hl=en

Try that link there, you should find the answers to all your questions.

But I'll be nice.
My KJW Beretta M9 shoots a SOLID 330 out of the box, I'm very impressed with her (and that's stock, but I do have a 150% spring on the way for her)
My Glock 23 shoots about 280 stock, and with the new 150% spring, about 310
My KJW USP P8 shot about 270 on propane stock, upgraded spring was about 300 flat
KJW USP Compact, you're looking more around 240-250 FPS on propane, so yes, it's a little weaker, but the guns smaller. What do you expect

my KSC USP compact shoots around 290-300 with propane

my usp full size shoots very loud (as loud as a TM Deset Eagle) clocking in at 330 fps minimum.

The ones listed as Japan go back to the factory where the parts are made and get a second quality control inspection. That's pretty much it, both are made from Japanese parts and both are assembled in Taiwan. Just some go back to Japan for a second QC before going to retailers.
