Tightbore vs. cylinder matchup? Huh?
Hey guys.
I am wanting to purchase a prometheus tightbore for my CA m15a4 carbine (the collapsible stock one). http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_inf...oducts_id=1584. While researching on which one to buy I came across a reviewer on another barrel that said this: Quote:
Thanks. -Brett

if you are getting a tightbore that is the same length as your original barrel, then you dont need to change anything

So should I take out my inner barrel and measure it before i buy? thanks again for the quick response.

Also the ad says the barrel is 363 mms long, so that means that i need to make sure that my barrel is 363mms long - hop up, correct?

I checked my instruction booklet before opening my gun up and it says that the "barrel length" is 363mm. The barrel I want is 363mm, so i assume that means i'm good to go and the "barrel length" described in the booklet is the inner barrel length?
