need some help on this CA RIS kit!

just got this CA RIS kit for my KWA M16, but couldn't get it on the gun but i saw airsoftgi did it , so does anyone know how to do it? thanks
the first pic is the one i got the second is the pic from airsoftgi!

A little more info if you please, how is it not fitting? As in the front end will not thread onto the reciever correctly? If this is the case its possible that either your front end or your reciever have different threads than the other, which will require a simple rethreading with the appropriate rethreading tool. However if this is not the case, your gona have to give us a little more detail as to why its not fitting.

ok the front is fitting good for both part, the only thing is the upper back can not go all the way down,the botten part goes in perfect!thanks man!
