KWA hopup installation and barrel change.
Alright so I have a brand new G&P one piece metal hopup and Im thinking of buying a Madbul 6.03 M4 tightbore.
Question is, is it worth drilling the whole in the lower reciever for the hopup to fit in? Is it worth insatlling the new barrel or should I just play as is for the time bring. anyone with the KWA, have u had increased accuracy after installing a tightbore and a onepiece hopup? do u recommend it.? cheers |

If your going to put in a one piece hopup (Or any thing besides the stock KWA) you have to replace the gearbox nozzle. It has a notch in it like the g36 nozzle.

10 + like 45 for the barrel + shipping...grrr, also meanf i need to take the gunapart AGAIN. fuck lol...extra hassle
Il do this eventually before the next game i go to on the 28th i think.,,and the 18th of Oct unless I have a Reserve field ex to go to... so would that improve accuracy by much or...? |

better airseal will improve your accuracy. but not all that much, you probably won't notice anything.

Em, can you even install a new hopup chamber cause of the crappy construction of the lower reciver?
On my KWA CQB KM4A1 thing, im not able to install a new hopup chamber without some heavy dremel modifications.. There simply isnt room for it.. Admins: i use this account because the crappy captcha wouldnt let me make a account.. |

I have a kwa m4a1. As far as I knew the KWA's were advertised to have a tightbore factory installed.

LOL #1 the body of the KWA is not crappy, far from crappy.
its the design of the lower reciever, and no it wont take heavy mods, its 5 min of dremeling out a square enough hole for the one piece hop up. im gonna keep using stock hopup and barrel until something is broken. |
