Question about M16/M4 Mags.
Hi ASC, I am 14, and do have my firearms course completed (just for the record). I do know i can't have a real airsoft gun until i am 18, and judging by how some people my age i know behave, that is the right decision. I know a kid under 18 such as myself who has been around guns his whole life, and is mature about them is rare, and there can't be exceptions to a rule like this. As of now, the only guns i have are crappy Wal-Mart guns. I have the "Colt On Duty Kit" (DPMS M4 AEG, crappy pistol i sold for 15 bucks, and a cheap RDS.) The gun only comes with one 300 rd. hi-cap, and i was wondering if a standard AEG mag such as these http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=17719 would work in it.
Thank you, Noob 616 |

The mags that armalite model use are kind of same for every model, and the DPMS have some part TM compatible, so the mag should be fine, and the mag on the link you posted are TM compatible, so there shouldn't have any problems.
Being 14 myself, i can't know everything about airsoft, but ive read many thing to know alots, but let hear what other people will say Edit: Though i hope you know that the mags in the link you provided are made of ABS platic, not metal. Oh and welcome to ASC buddy |

no they will not fit, i have a DPMS m4, got it just for giggles, and the mag in it is much smaller than the ones for my actual airsoft.

Kinda off topic but 18+ isn't the Hard rule everywhere in Canada. It is most places, but I've heard of people 16+ getting in to games. Just check with your local teams/groups and ask if you can play, if not, they might let you spectate a game and get to know the community/meet some of the other players. One thing I've learned is the community is tight knit so don't screw up. Go there with the same additude as you have in your OP and you should be good to go.
2 years isn't that long, heck even 4 years isn't that long either. Remember you've got a whole life ahead of you after graduating high school.
