Just received the G3

Ok ladies and gents I just recieved the G3 today and the guy I bought it from didn't send a manual. Is there a place where I can get the manula for my G3-SG1 online? And I also can seem to get the end cap to close while the battery is in it, any ideas? The wires seem to get in the way.
