Heh but bike tires are really thick. Maybe if I had big hands and the foregrip is somehow too small.

Bike tubes, not tires. About as thick as a rubber band but you can cut to your own width and less prone to drying out and snapping.
I've wedged them in and around various rails and so on. I also kept one in place with McNett wrap.

Stalker used inner tube bands on his glock back in the day to avoid premature mag releases. Hed wrap them around the base of the grip with just a small amount over the bottom of the mag to keep it in. Just so many uses for these.

Accessories wiggle a little on your rail? Shim it with tape!

Another cheap alternative to shimming with flexible stuff is shrink wrap tubing.

I have a roll of two sided velcro. Hook on one side, loop on the other. I just wrap it around the vert grip, i've even wrapped it around the mag well and attached the switch there. It doesnt leave residue behind, and works quite well. you will have to glue a piece to the switch itself, but seeing as how there would be no need to remove it, again no residue.

velcro works great, I recommend "velcro" or "3m" as they stick much better than cheaper brands. if it does come off or you decide to remove it just use a little lighter fluid on a rag and it wipes completely away super easy.

The McNett is interesting. So there is apprently no glue on it? It relies on the fabric sticking/locking onto itself?

No glue at all; it's like Velcro without hooks and loops. I've even run it through the washer after a CQB day in a paintball barn. Still sticking like new.

Seems pretty neat. And its thin enough too so you don't dramatically change the diameter of the vertical grip after a decent amount of wrap.
