He is a very good guy, I've done alot of buissiness with him. Take a pill or two and wait a bit. I understand it can piss you off having to wait for ordered and paid item but thats just the way internet buissiness is. Its not a walk-in store.

I think some people are missing the point, my product isn't delayed. I paid this joker for product and now he will not respond with even a receipt/invoice. So how I look at it he has stolen my cash.
I can understand that this is a sidething for him, but if you are going to be away from your business for a few days or weeks the SMART thing to do is have a note on the front page of the site or have an auto response to emails, both are 4 year old easy.

I am the Director of Retail Sales for my corporation, I would fire anyone's ass that took money from a client and then didn't contact the client for 5 days after. It isn't me spouting, it's how you run a retail business if you want to be successful.

SEALS my corporation runs an internet store as well; this would never happen.

And for the dude that told me to drink some PMS tea, go fuck yourself. You send me $200 and I won't respond to your requests for action and let's see how you handle it.

I won't post about this anymore apparently I have the wrong idea about customer service and expectations when I paid for EXPIDITED service. 1337tactical states 3-5 days delivery on THIER site.

Regardless of lives outside of airsoft, presenting yourself as business with posted hours on your site and not following those hours is poor business practices.

I hope I have saved others from shitty service and some of you need to look at how valued you are by the companies you buy from.

Unfortunately, internet airsoft-related sales is still quite a bit shady and generally hasn't evolved as per "normal business"-type standards. I'm not going to bother taking sides here, but what Jayhad is saying is correct. From a customer's point of view, it's a retailer's responsibility to acknowledge payment and give an update regarding the status of the order. At least, that's how it works in the real world.

I just wanted to comment on my experience with 1337 Tactical. I placed an order last night (April 2nd) and have already recieved a Canada Post confirmation of shipment. So far the service has been great. Fast and good communication. All in all I'm very pleased with the service thus far. A+

I've spent over $2000 with him over the past year for various team buys and never had a problem. Jon goes the extra mile for his clients. Are you positive you don't have an e-mail from him sitting in your PM Inbox? Or perhaps a junk mail filter on your e-mail caught it? Hell, maybe he wasn't able to immediatly confirm your payment. Given that IIRC Jon did get a rather large shipment the other week, its not suprising things would be delayed, when one man has to sift through a number of boxes of kit to get it all organized, and deal with the large volume of sales he deals with daily.

Also, if your going to call the guy an asshat and accuse him of theft, at least have the decency to post an update on the situation? I'm going to assume you got all your kit, and a decent reason behind the delay.

Sorry to bring this back up.

This morning I checked his site, about the Phantom CMS-PC Tactical Vest in Coyote Tan that I wanted. Said it was out of stock. I checked back this afternoon and it was updated to in-stock. So I went and ordered it. I have not received any sort of confirmation at all.

I am NOT accusing him of ANYTHING. I am confident I will receive what I purchased, and am not worried about anything.

It's just what I am saying is that he has not confirmed my purchase, and I do know he was online today because he updated his website.

What Jayhad is saying is true. He is slow with the email responses, but I am sure we will get out product.

While I am not in the same situation as Jayhad is, as my order was just placed this afternoon I do feel a little bit like he is as there is no phone number displayed so I can contact him over the phone and not just through email. All I want to do is confirm that he received my order but I can't do so.

I've dealt with this retailer. He bent over backwards and provided me some great products. Erik, you placed the order this afternoon. You want a response already. You are one to talk. You confirmed you wanted my M4 to the point I was en route to deliver it to you. You then told me that you'd get back to me in the next week and to hold the gun. You then disappeared and still never got back to me. This was months ago. So guess what? A few hours is nothing. You are hardly an authority on this topic.
