Hey does anyone have a phone number for 1337tactical, or know how to contact these guys other then sales@1337tactical.com

I ordered a couple of Phantom Recon Molle Back packs and a Phantom Molle Dump Pouch, paid via Direct Deposit (my mistake should have used my credit card) and now I can't get any responses from these asshats. I have sent several emails requesting info and they aren't responding and I am starting feel like my wallet just got ass fucked for $190.00. i thought canadian retails had scrupples.:banghead:

I believe Laike knows where their business is.

How long has it been since you paid and your emails? Hopefully it is just a backlog or hiccup of some sort. They were supposed to be getting in new stock this week, but their website has not been updated to reflect that. Plus their main supplier, Phantom, is apparently in the process of pulling their entire CIRAS line from their retailers.

It's been 4 days I know I know not to long but I would never allow my staff to not contact a client if the client had paid for product. it just seems shifty.

Any idea why phantom is pulling from retailers? are they going direct

I believe 1337 is a one man show. I have bought quite a bit from Jon in the past and never had a problem. I did notice that his emails usually were sent very late at night. Try pm'ing him here, his handle is jackyiscxd.

No, only the CIRAS are disappearing. Some people think it might be Eagle threatening Phantom with copyright infringement, but nothing actually definitive at the moment.

I've bought from jackyiscxd a few times in the past, never been any problems (and yes, he does reply back, sometimes it just takes a day or two to do so.) And when I've dealt with him, it's been via PM on here.

Does anyone know him in person? Because it says its been a week since hes been last on ASC. I just order from 1337Tactical and I order it think I would get it next week. By the looks of this I'm not going to get my gear in time.

I've dealt with Jon in person before, seems like a nice guy. Just send him a few emails, perhaps he's swamp with his real job.

I totally understand i paid for expidited service so I would have it in 3-5 business days, we are now at 4 days with out a response and in my books that is pretty crappy business practices.
it will take a lot for me to purchase from 1337tactical again

Well I'm not sure whats up, but this doesn't seem like a frequent thing. To me it seems like he got swamped with something this week and really has no time. Thats why I'm asking to see if someone knows him in person so that we can get a quick answer to the question why isn't he keeping up with business

Jayhad, i think you should talk a nice cup of PMS tea, like sure crap hits the fan and something get delayed, shit happens, you'll get your stuff, for all you know there could be a family situation that has taken priority and he hasn't had time to take care of his SIDE, job.
myself and other members of my team deal with him and there has NEVER been a problem, just wait a bit.
