yeah I had an m14 before the shotgun(s) .. one of the reasons I was thinking it's mechbox too was it's long and "skinny"... but the MP5 box is more 'compact' .... the m14 gearbox ofcourse is stronger.. but seemingly alot harder to find
but also in the strength and spring concerns.. remeber this will be semi only.. no full auto..

Crossman
Canadian tire is having a sale 40% on the shotguns, bought one brought it home and the receiver was cracked on the bottom left side near the pump, so I exchanged it for another (made sure I opened this one to see if it was a common problem and it is, at least in the stock they had). Open the box before you get home on these shot guns and inspect it thoroughly for cracks and the like. I got my $$ back and wondering if I should even bother or just save up for a TM or something else. Shotguns are a blast (no pun intended) to play with and the one I used (crossman) all day had no issues (was a friend's).

Save up for TM is the best choice. Nowadays, TM shotgun is not that much expensive. Around 300 $, you can get one with brand new.

oh yeah I already have a TM ... the crossman is something for me to hack and bash (and whatever isn't reused, is a spare part for the TM )
and I know they are on sale right now.. I have a rain check for the sale price for when they are back in stock locally... but anyways.. back on topic..

base it off this http://buyairsoft.ca/catalog/product...roducts_id=464
it's burst or single shot, gas (Co2), and semi-auto I believe where the pump action handle appears to be is where the 88g Co2 cylinder fits. Hope this project works out for you I am or have been considering buying this to mod. There is also a pellet/air gun version of this same shotgun. |

at some point later this summer I was gonna order one of those co2 shotguns.. just for shits and giggles.
if this elec semi auto conversion of the M3 works (and survives) it'll be my 'main' outdoor/woodland gun... and my TM super 90 will be more of a trusty back up/cqb gun

I believe airgunsource.com also carries them haven't looked around really and 88g Co2 cartridges are roughly $8-15 sometimes you can find them pretty cheap I think they are 10 or so at walmart you can probably find them cheaper in bulk/cartons of 4/6/8

Could you mod it for more than 30 rounds? Cuz thats a little low, and it sounds as if its a self-contained bb store. Not a clip and so that sucks if I wanna use it more than as a secondary... Or even as a secondary!
