The city limit thing is more an Ontario law. Some city in Québec have a airgun law, that may be applyed to airsoft, but seriously, that law is only valid outide of your private property.

Winnipeg Manitoba aswell; Except for special zoned places (Ranges, Indoor Airsoft Facility, and some archery ranges are zoned for airguns)
