Condor plate carrier & digital camo?

Okay this is a spin-off of another thread because I can't find my first camo choice...

My second choice for camo was going to be a dark digital black and gray pattern. However I was wondering what retailer you would all recommend for buying a BDU or shirt in such a pattern. I'm googling around but not much solid results.
I was thinking this but perhaps darker:

Also, I have a small chest rig for playing little skirmishes but I`m going to be grabbing a full plate carrier for bigger games.

I was looking at Condor and in particular, this model:
http://www.condoroutdoor.com/mpcmodu...tecarrier.aspx

However I would like your suggestions! Simpler is better, as long as it covers my whole chest, cause I have no idea how much stuff I'm going to end up hooking onto it. :P

Thanks for your time

What type of terrain is your local field?

What my question is, does the element of surprise work on a typical airsoft match?

Not anything close to what will work with urban camo and all this stuff..

Brock, check out Warfighter Tactical... they've got everything you need.

Well I dunno I'm just trying to think outside the box here... I'd prefer not to be one of the dozens of guys running around in OD and tan head to toe.

I think I actually got a pretty good plan of what I need, sketched it out last night

That's what I thought too. But the reason why people run around in Multicam, Cadpat, UCP, etc. is because it WORKS. This won't work as well as you think.

And the reason why people all dress the same way is because they work in team.
I'd hate to be the poor SOB sticking out in a team.

You have to buy a camo that match the popular dress code for teams. Because it will restrict you to what type of games you can attend, and you will always be the sucker that get passed around when people are making teams on the fly based on uniform type.

Well actually I decided to skip the camo for now and I'm going to use a much simpler approach which happened to be my original plan. Best thing is I've got it all ready. All my vests and belts and pouches and all that jazz is OD, while everything else is either brown or black.

Which will work right?

You can play in anything. Avoid black if possible, its nowhere near as effective as you would think.

Stealth is 90% movement and basically any color that exists in nature will be effective.
I've seen people who could out sneak the average player while wearing a giant pink bunny suit.
