Creating your own Balaclava

I found a design that I have wanted to put on a balaclava, however I don't know how to print, paint, put etc. the design on the balaclava.

I have read about using iron sheets but I don't know too much about this method. If anyone has expierence on the following please drop some adivce, THANKS!

take the balacalava to a place like twin city dwilers or a cosum teeshirt /printing company maybe they can print the idea

I was hoping to go a more cheaper route, I made some t-shirt designs I wanted to print and they can be pretty pricey after a while, but I will try
