New Pantac SPC

For all of you guys with Marine kits or looking to be on par with modern Marines, Pantac released a newer version of their previous crappy SPC.

Fixes include:
-Velcro on upper chest area
-PALS on upper chest area
-Cummerbund
-Shape
-Color

I think the differences are quite visible.

The price tag is still an issue, I recommend waiting until the MSRP lowers, if not, well... at least it's cheaper than the Pantac MTV...
