Question Is weaponblender.com a reliable website?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if Weapon Blender would be a good website to order from, as I am forming a German Bundeswehr loadout, and they sell some pieces of kit that I need for pretty cheap as opposed to other websites. So, has anyone had any experiences with this website? Is their customer service good? Are they fast on shipping? I'd like to hear your thoughts and user testimonials. Thanks!

In a word: no. I've ordered from them once and they screwed up the shipping, and I've had a few friends have order problems that stretched out over several months.

I made an order (aobout 5 items). Then, considering it was slow, I called them (no real service by email) to add a moar things (about 20 additionnal) to my order while I was at it. I had to call often, and they ended up shipping my order.

And they forgot to charge me the additionnal 20 items, lol.

Haha, that sounds like good service to me! I'm still skeptical whether I should buy from this website or not, I hear mixed responses when I search about it.

Honestly, don't. I'd say give it a try if you were in the US, but they had a fucking hard time dealing with shipping to Canada and I had to **call** (not email, I had fuckall by email) them several times.

In the US, they are great. I have placed four orders from them and all were shipped quickly and everything was as advertised. I only order batteries and parts from them, so I have no experience with bigger items.

Most US retailers also don't know about USPS flat-rate boxes, where $26.00 USD lets you cram whatever you want into a box and send it to Canada. It may not seem like a big box when you see it, but you can stuff a lot into it.

By the way, what specifically are you looking for? My brother in law is a BW paratrooper-medic and is coming to the US on his honeymoon in September.

And, have you checked out www.asmc.de/en? It is really the best place for BW kit.

Hmm, that website seems great but the shipping costs are a lot to where I'm located. I'm just looking for a set of web gear (the harness) and a Flecktarn helmet cover.

ASMC is not the best for shipping since it usually costs me like 35 euros for shipping and takes about a month but I have not been let down on a single item i have gotten from them. The majority of my BW kit has and will continue to come from them. Only items I'd go elsewhere for is my flak jacket and my IDZ vest when I eventually have the $750 for it and a pile of pouches cause flecktarn.uk has better prices on those items.
