p90 mosfet issue

I recently installed a mosfet I bought off RSOV http://rsov.com/index.php?target=pro...roduct_id=3896 over a year ago and everything was working fine and dandy. My ROF increased about 2 RPS on my 9.6v battery and there was no arcing on the trigger contacts. It even feeds better now that the air nozzle fully returned to the rear more frequently! I did notice that the mosfet got a bit hot though, not sure if that's normal. I then plugged in my 11.1v lipo, pulled the trigger and my gun started to fire uncontrollably without stopping! Luckily, the positive wire that connects to the motor came off and it stopped. I reconnected everthing and tried again with my 9.6v and it did the same thing, which is baffling b/c the trigger contact weren't even touching! I desoldered and resolderd everything and still got the same results. So I swapped the 2 mosfet wires that were connected to the trigger contacts and that seemed to solve the issue, my p90 wasn't firing uncontrollably anymore. BUT now my trigger contacts arc when the contact!. Just for shits and giggles I swapped the trigger wires around and it when back to the uncontrollable firing again. Anyone have a clue what's going on and how to fix it?

Some mosfets just aren't designed to handle that kind of current. And if your not running an SW-COMP, it's a REALLY good idea to have a fuse of the appropriate size for your LiPo installed in the circuit

Are there any decent ones that don't cost much more than $30?
