Ordered Gun Outside of Canada, Please help.

I ordered a gun off of Red Wolf Air soft before I read about how replica guns are seized.

I already sent a couple e-mails through the website to tell them that I want to cancel the order because the gun will not go through borders.

I payed using a e-check from my Canada Trust debit account, the money left my Canada Trust account but the payment hasn't been confirmed yet and I am pretty sure they haven't shipped the gun out yet, is there a good chance that they will give me a refund?

Can I expect the refund to come back to me as Paypal or back to my TD Canada trust account?

off course...lol.... whats the point of canceling an order and keeping the money? lol

But since its an echeck, your money will appear in your paypal several days after the cancellation of payment, since the money has to transit from your bank account to paypal.... (I've been there dont worry...lol)

It will go back 3-4 days. I cancelled some of my orders in US, and once the e-check is completed, they will issue a refund.

It is very difficult to phone them...

just contact them, either e-mail or phone, or both.. email them in their customer support or whatever they have..

Cancel it through your bank. Simple call will do. Call up Redwolf and tell them what is going on and you'd like to cancel their order.

On top of that I believe Red Wolf is a retailer that automatically declines orders containing guns going to Canada. (So I've heard, but not confirmed) They are also aware of the restrictions in Canada as listed on their website

K get this out of your head, firearm license will not help you import, you could lose your ability to renewal if you're caught smuggling.
