Real MSA Sordin and puxing
Hi everyone!
I have a real msa sordin mbitr land system. Comes with the bone mic and a ptt. There is any way to get an adapter to connect it to a puxing-888? I assume that the bone mic and the ptt has the same impedance. thank you!! |

Radio is not the same impedance so you'll need to change the mic or buy a TCI ptt that match impedance.

No,
The other end is the 6 pin Land radio plug? I have a Sordin and its like yours except my other cable is for Maritime PTT ( TEA which I also have) and then another cable that runes from the TEA to radio that is also MAR. My radio is a Land. Someone I know is working on doing a Mar to Land cable for me. Edit: What is the type of plug that plugs in your PTT?

One more question:
this thing solve the impedance problems? In the description says that could be used with real headset. Anybody has tried it? I know the ICOM plug doesnt works with puxing radio. http://www.toysoldier.com.hk/product...281&color=ICOM |

Your Kit is the MSA MICH Single Communication System. I found this kit in the MSA page but not for sell anywhere. I only need the PTT as I have the Headset. I will appreciate any guide on this matter. Thanks |

That's a MIL issued PTT, I highly doubt you can just buy it anywhere. Your only choice is probably finding it on eBay (unless you want to rewire your Sordin or sell it to buy something else).

I already bought a new headset, but I don't want to give up with the old headset. I contacted TCI and they will change the connector to TP-120.
Thanks |
