I don't know about getting that stuff in but you should always check with the local field owners before using them as well. I know in the UK at least certain fields allow "cold burning" pyro others ban it or have weird rules so check with local field if it's legal to be brought in.

I dont believe you are able to import pyro without a special license.
could be wrong And field owners/game hosts discretion on the ability to use pyro the website is US based and so are their dealers |

First of all, if you read the site for more than 3 seconds you'll see that they now have distribution in Canada (in Toronto, no less) so there's no need to import.
Secondly I've seen these in use: they're generally "safe" but it really does come down to the field owner. Outdoors if it's dry and there's a lot of combustible material (pine needles and the like) it may be a hazard anyway. Indoors, I wouldn't recommend using them in a small enclosed space (i.e., something smaller than a warehouse).

I've used these, and the "Battlefield" variant. Much fun, don't inhale (bad experience). The Tacticals will fill a small room, we used them to flush out people from trailers; the Battlefields burn for a couple minutes and will fill a warehouse-sized area, or make lots of nice cover outdoors.

Is 'leagle' a breed of dog? Just wondering.
