Echo1 MTC Differences
Hey guys,
I was wondering what the difference was between the Echo1 MTC Mks. 1 & 2. They both have 275mm barrels (terribly short), the same internals, magwells, stocks, batteries, everything, but one is somehow longer. The MTC Mk. 2's barrel sticks out more, and appears to have a longer RIS barrel sheath. I'm not sure how this works, as both rifles have the same internal barrel length, but an evidently longer outer barrel length. I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks to me that the MCT2 uses a G36 length barrel and the MCT1 uses a G36C one. Where did you see that both lengths are the same?

The Echo1 page states that both have the same length internal barrel, so I'm assuming it ends there and the outer just extends outwards.

Yup, looks like the only difference is the outer barrel length.
G36C length or G36K length. Last edited by Styrak; February 6th, 2012 at 20:02.. |
