Places to Rent Equipment? (ON)
Hello everyone, I'm really new to airsoft and as such I don't have any equipment. Before buying I'm hoping to go out to a few games and rent to get a feel for what I like. The problem is I have no idea what fields in the Ontario region - if any - offer rentals. Most that I've seen are paintball fields to begin with, so I'm not sure if they'd even have anything. Any info would be appreciated, I'm really excited to get out there!
Also, as a side note, quite a few links under "community" are no longer related to airsoft. Anyone know what's going on with that? Thanks again |

games in ontario posted there on a regular basis. post in a game that interests you asking if you can attend and if anybody would be willing to lend/rent you some equipment/gun. most people are willing to lend out guns, but few people lend out gear... |

but if you're able to jump into a "just for fun" game its usually gun+goggles and entry. I know sgt splatters usually hosts those types of games... but you'd have to check with the game host. Paintball goggles will get you through most games |

all u need is a pair of paintball goggles, to protect your face, you can go in with a pair of unndies for all we care, its just your eyes and face that needs protection,

You NEED to wear boots when playing. Most hosts have it specified in the rules.
A few dollars spent on footwear can save you a bunch of money and pain if anything happens. |

I'll keep that in mind, thanks I'll have to wait till someone hosts something at sgt splatters again so i can get a feel for the sport first without investing too much.
