KSC HK33k

Woah that looks promising. I wonder how decent it will be internally.
Hopefully it will be as good as their gbbs. I like how you can use it as a springer when your battery dies :P. But $365 US? A little pricey. I was hoping it would be about the same price as TMs. |

Looks nice. The "2-way" thing seems kind of stupid, and pretty likely to cause the whole thing to malfunction badly. Have to wonder how similar it will be to the CA33E in terms of part compatibility though, I wouldn't mind getting a beefier metal body... the CA one is too weak.

It also seems like they decided the release date to July 19th according to http://first-jp.com/news/index.html

To harleyb:
Personally I do not think anything would be interchangble between KSC and CA. For the 2 way thing, i think it would cause some problem if it use mod. springs. |

Staff over at First wrote the preview of this gun.
http://www.first-jp.com/topic03/hk33k.html Seems like they like it a lot. They said they are being critical reviewing the gun, but seems pretty biased... or maybe the gun is good as they say it is... I'll just write few points that they mentioned. - It says the hop-up is very smooth like focus ring on the camera. - You can use the TM stick battery. - There's a switch by the trigger that u gotta select if u wanna shoot air-cocking style. -You put the battery by removing the end-cap. The rest is just complements.. like how good it feels, how silent it is, how accurate it is, and so on... My Japanese is limited.. so I might have missread some of them. |

Is that an airsoft gun, or some sort of amphibious cellular bioweapon? I mean, cancers AND alligators.

forget the stupid translation. It comes straight from the BABYLON type translation.
The info I have is it comes standard with metal body. The price is on par with the new TM M14, (slight cheaper than M4 S-system) Also the gearbox functions like PSG 1, which means the spring is cocked BEFORE you pull the trigger (Normal TM gearbox is you pull the trigger to activate the power to pull the spring action) Power will be slightly stronger than TM, probably at 1 joules vs TM's 0.8 joules. ( this is unconfirmed info.............) |
