m4 mechbox seizure

hey guys, need help with a problem, looked around and have yet to find a solution. what i have going for me is a lightly upgraded m4 mechbox that continues to seize. when i pull out the mechbox it appears to look as though the piston is jammed against the edge of the cylindor (the spring is compressed and most of the piston is visible.) after opening the mechbox (carefully) and realigning the piston and gears properly, the gun fired a few times then seized again. havent actually fired the gun in a game yet and would like to sometime.
any help is good help, thanks everyone.

Fully charge your battery. If that doesn't work, change to a more powerful battery. If that doesn't help, try swapping your motor. If that's still a no go, seek professional help, I'm sure I'm sure Amos would do it for free if you got any good Magic cards to give him.

i had a similar problem with a former v2 gearbox.. the piston would not slide free on the guide rails.. i took a file and shaved the piston down on the sides where it slides on the guide rails and and polished up the mechbox case where the slide rails are.. little bit of lube and all was good with it.

if the top screws i left loose a bit it worked ok.. if i tightened them up it would jam. after the little bit of work it worked as it is suppose to with the screws tight
