Cavalvy vs z tactical headset?
Any thoughts on which I should buy?

calvaly Jake don't waste money on the ztactical/element stuff its garbage. Its a little more expensive but at least its reliable.

I had the opposite experience.
My cavalvy crapped out after two games. I've used and abused my Ztac and it's still kicking. The whole set, PTT and head set costs less than one part of a Cavalvy.

Me too. My Calvary set was DOA, but all of my element/Z tactical shit lasted quite a while.

old post, i know but heres a tip. when buying a z-tactical or even cavalvy what you do is you wrap waterproof tape over exposed areas of the wire/ areas that connect to ptt or headset. to avoid moisture getting into the wires and screwing it over.... oh also, if you got the money. buy a legit headset.
