Ics m4

Hey there guys. I'm looking to get into airsoft so tomorrow I'm going to buy a gun and a pistol from someone from this site.

Thread here

Now I am aware that there is an issue with the AEG it's self. I was wondering what is the best parts to upgrade internally? I want a good AEG that is well internally modified. Thanks.

Also, if anyone knows how to fix the misfeeding problem on the ICS m4 give me a shout. That is the first thing I would like to fix.

I really think you should just buy a gun that works right off the bat, you wanna start playing don't you? As someone just starting out, I wouldn't recommend you pick up a fixer.

The feed issue could be any number of things... it could be anything from the mags being used..... all the way to the brand of bb's being used. You'd need to isolate the possibilities one by one. Avoid the headache and just buy a working gun man.

Well I'm on a budget and what not. Plus, I already know the problem. Just need to buy the part and learn how to install it. He said it was a 4 dollar part or something like that.

It's an easy thing to say the problem is only a 4$ part

Then yes, you fix it, but find another problem along the way. Then another, and another, and at the end of the day you've paid 1.5-2x the initial price of the gun.

On a budget and whatnot? The best recommandation is to wait and pile up some cash. Then get involved into airsoft.

By the time you pile your cash, prices might go down, better deals might come up everywhere. Just don't jump the gun (no pun intended) on an impulse buy. At least, that's what *I* would recommend anyone in that kind of situation

Ah reguardless, its the pistol and the m4 for 375. I also plan on upgrading the internals. I already made a deal with him to meet up tomorrow. I'm sure the gun will be good. I'll just hit up a gun doctor if not

i cant read the sales forum, but ics m4 is an easy gun to work with. you just need to know which parts are proprietary and which are not.

For this price, it could be better to buy a KingArms M4 brand new, or a M4 ICS brand new (300$ on certain shops). And everything full metal.
But this is your choice. The pistol wouldn't be my choice too, especially with a dead mag.
For a first pack, this is not wise.
But again, this is your choice.
