KWA 1911 PTP's

I am looking to buy a 1911 and I got my eye on this pistol.
Is it upgradeable:-? (for internals and externals(slides , metal bodies (like the guarder metal kit)))

Nope. No real upgrade parts for KWAs other than some valves to alter FPS.
Their ProShop has most of the stock parts readily available if you break something.

If you want an upgradeable 1911, TM is the way to go.

I think they have a metal barrel to replace the stock impact resistant polymer if im not mistaken. Other than that, thats really it.

They do have plastic barrels right? Because the the other guns in the KWA line have them due to cycling issues that metal barrels may create.

But like ap said, the KWA shop has all the replacement parts you should need. Only caveat is that you have to call them to order parts and thats some long distance charges right there.

Oh the gun is full metal (sans the barrel) out of the box.

It's a great gun that doest need any upgrades, just replace the valve in the mag that comes with it so it drops to the 350 fps area and get some spare mags.
