need help to identify this FM radio transmitter and how much are they worth?...

I have the following items up for grabs and among other things and I do not know in terms of a price for this package because I had imported PTW's and other clothing gear at the same time all at once and I paid a one lumpsum for everything a while back; however, I did some googleing and I beleive that I saw the headset gear alone are more than 100$, but that is as far my research ended...

Here is the description from the manual:
