not sure what version gearbox the VFC scar H uses, there are many mosfets out there atm, dont only search within north america, search european and hong kong airsoft sites,
atm, most mosfets are for ver.2 gearboxes, such as AWS raptor = US, ASCU = European but there are some like extremefire mosfets you can check out,

AV revoked.

The AWS is the only one that will work properly, due to the way the vfc scar is wired. your only other option is the burst wizard avocado which is basically a plug in play and will go in the stock

I'm just saying that regardless of who manufactures this, it is still referred to as AWS Raptor (as is apparent in the packaging). So if somebody is looking for one, they can do a search under AWS Raptor.

read somewhere the burst wizard is not a true mosfet... it only gives you burst fire, the primary function of a fet (trigger contact voltage bypass) is not present.
I've also read the ascu bravo unit is not as reliable as the Extreme fire cheetah it's based off of. A few of the components are not as high rated for current/voltage. I run a cheetah and a cheetah 2N in my guns, and soon I will be running the basic sw-sf-II in my loaner aeg. Last edited by lurkingknight; July 27th, 2012 at 11:38.. |

The burst Avocado is not a true mosfet. Exactly as you state, trigger contact voltage bypass is not present. It simply give an adjustable burst on trigger pull. You can set it from 1 to 30 shots for a single trigger pull. Its main advantage is simplicity of installation - simply plug it into your gun and your battery into it.
I have one of the original AWS Raptor units left in stock, but it is the front wired version. |

I run a Raptor Ver. 2 in my VFC Scar H. Took a bit of gearbox trimming/ filing to fit properly. Now that it is sorted it runs great. I use gens ace 2200 mah 30c lipos and the trigger response is awesome.
